Any local business (regardless of size), entrepreneur, or person with an interest in business may join. Membership is contingent upon (1) accepting the Members’ Statement, (2) allowing your name and, if appropriate, your organization’s name to be used publicly in connection with the Network, (3) contributing a one-paragraph bio, and (3) contributing a one-paragraph statement describing your sustainability activities.
We begin as a network of volunteers that does not charge membership fees or dues. As expenses arise, individual members can contribute by paying suppliers directly. We do ask new members to make a voluntary one-time $100 contribution to help offset expenses. Students, startups, and nonprofits are exempt.
